Pricing questions
Why retainer, not pay-per-meeting?
Pay-per-meeting encourages low-quality bookings to hit a number. We optimise for pipeline value, not booked-call count. Retainer keeps incentives aligned with what your sales team actually closes.
Why a 90-day initial commitment?
Domain warm-up takes 7–14 days. Meaningful reply data needs 4–6 weeks. Pipeline-level confidence needs 8–12 weeks. Shorter commitments produce noisy data and incentivise cutting infrastructure corners.
Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?
Yes. Move up at any time (we add languages or campaigns next sending day). Move down with a 30-day notice so we can rebalance sender pools cleanly.
What if I need a sixth or seventh language?
We add languages as one-off projects — typically €4 000–€8 000 per language depending on whether we already have the operator in our translator network, plus a smaller incremental monthly cost.
Are tools and domains included?
Yes. Sender domains, inbox provisioning, warm-up tools, enrichment APIs, sending platform — all inside the retainer. No surprise tool bills.
Do you do performance-based pricing?
Hybrid available for Growth and Scale tiers after the first 90 days: reduce the base by 20% and add a per-qualified-meeting fee. We offer this once we have baseline data; not on day one with strangers.
Discount for annual prepay?
Yes — 10% off the monthly when 12 months are prepaid. Available after the first 90-day commitment.
